Daylong retreat

The Cake don’t bake itself! Sustain practice with a daylong retreat.

When?: Saturday November 9TH, 9:30- 4:30
Where?: Bolton Congregational Church, ( in the fellowship hall, behind the church). 229 Bolton Center RD, Bolton, CT.
Facilitated By Dharma Teacher Tom Duva (pojamasangha.com)

In this retreat we will co-create an atmosphere in which to Explore, and deepen our understanding of Dana Paramita, The perfection of generosity.
The First of the 6 Paramita’s, Dana(generosity), is referred to by
Zen Priest Norm Fischer as “The Gateway to the Bodhisattva Path”

Please dress for both indoor and possible outdoor practice.
Please bring a cold bagged lunch(Hot tea provided)
A cushion or bench for meditation(chair’s provided)
A body length blanket on which to lie down.
A friend!
A suggested donation of $20.00, for Bolton Congregational Church for use of the hall.(no one turned away for lack of fund’s)
